When you are carrying a building on your back and you can feel your legs ready to give out, you start thinking that your life is down the tubes (which it is not) and that you are a failure (which is absolutely not true.)
A setback is a life situation that is not working out right now or has already happened. But it’s really important to understand the difference between a life situation and who you really are.

But, the market is more competitive now, and a good portion of your candidates may not have the skill set that is needed for the job. Instead of sifting through the low-qualified candidates, a better option is to reach out to people who would be an ideal fit for your company.
Think about your job. Maybe what you are doing is of extreme significance to others and of course necessary to pay the bills.
There is much dignity in your work if you consider the larger picture.
